50 kg batch bag automatically drops dirty clothes into the wetting hopper where it is thoroughly wet before proceeding into the first chamber

the goods are processed through the 13 stage batch washer, including the hot water sterilization

The press squeezes the clothing getting out as much water as it can. The press is a membrane filled with water which stops the high pressure squeeze breaking buttons and zips etc

the driers doors work on a compressed air system and are all connected to a control panel

The clothes are loaded into the drier on one of the pre programmed settings, for cottons , woolens, heavies ( jeans thick shirts and trousers etc)
